Sour cream chicken enchiladas

Groceries:

Inside enchilada mixture-
4 chicken breast cooked and shredded
1tsp garlic 
1tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1tsp salt
Low carb (4 net carb) tortillas
2 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
1 cup cilantro 

Shred chicken, add all other ingredients, stir, roll in tortillas and place in dish. Preheat oven to 350*

Sauce-
1 block cream cheese
1cup sour cream
1 jalapeño (cored and diced)
2 peeled garlic cloves
1 cup chicken stock 
1tsp salt
1tsp chili powder
1tsp Cumin
1 cup cilantro 

Add all ingredients in blender. Blend slowly. Pour mixture over rolled tortillas in dish. Top with shredded cheese.. Cover and bake for 30 min on 350*.

Serving size is 2 enchiladas
