"Skinny" White and dark chocolate chip almond cookies

Ingredients: 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp butter; melted 1 egg white 2 tbsp applesauce 1 tsp almond extract 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 cup dark chocolate morsels 1/2 cup white chocolate chips Preheat Oven to 350*. Spray 2 pans with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix the flours, baking soda, and salt to blend. In another bowl whisk together sugars, butter, egg white applesauce and almond extract until light and fluffy. Slowly mix in the sugar mixture with the flour mixture. If dough seems thick add a small drop of water .. a LITTLE at the time. Fold in dark and white chocolate chips. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 and then let stand for 5 minutes. Makes around 2 dozen.
